- Payroll and Time Data: Employee time entries, clock-in and clock-out records, job and location assignments, and related payroll export records when using payroll integrations

When you authorize Jantrax to connect with integrations like QuickBooks Online, we share only the data needed to provide the integration, such as approved employee time entries, employee identifiers, customer or job mappings, and related payroll export details. This sharing is governed by both our policies and the third party's terms and privacy policies. Jantrax does not collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers, payroll tax filing credentials, or payment card security codes through the QuickBooks Online integration.

3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to:
- Valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)
